CINCINNATI (AP) - The Latest on the murder retrial of a former police officer in Cincinnati (all times local):

Jury selection will resume Monday for the murder retrial of a former Ohio police officer.
Friday began with the defense agreeing with a previous prosecution request for a change of venue. Attorney Stewart Mathews on Friday cited “a circus-like atmosphere” around the case.
Hamilton County Judge Leslie Ghiz said she wanted to continue trying to seat a jury in Cincinnati for former University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing’s second trial. Prosecutors asked to move the case soon after the first trial ended in a hung jury.
News media organizations included The Associated Press have been battling Ghiz in court over coverage restrictions.
Tensing, who is white, has said he feared for his life when Sam DuBose, an unarmed black man, tried to drive away from a 2015 traffic stop.

Jury selection for an Ohio police shooting retrial has resumed after the defense asked to move it out of Cincinnati, citing “a circus-like atmosphere.”
Hamilton County Judge Leslie Ghiz Friday rejected a motion by attorney Stewart Mathews to dismiss the charges against Ray Tensing, a white former University of Cincinnati police officer. But she expressed sympathy with Mathews’ concerns, and called the news media behavior in the case “offensive.”
Mathews also asked for a change of venue, which prosecutors had sought soon after the first case ended with the jury deadlocked. Ghiz said she wanted to first try to seat a jury in Cincinnati.
