ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey judge has placed a lien on the former Revel casino property for unpaid fees.

The Press of Atlantic City (https://bit.ly/2spZhyU ) reports that Glenn Straub’s Polo North Country Club company has been ordered to pay $62, 641 for 2015’s unpaid Casino Reinvestment Development Authority Special Improvement District Fees.

Polo North will have to pay legal fees if it doesn’t pay the lien within 90 days.

Straub previously sued the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority. He says he’s leasing the casino to a third party vendor and shouldn’t have to apply for a license.

New Jersey gaming officials say Straub must obtain a gaming license if there will be a casino on what is now known as TEN.
