WARWICK, R.I. (AP) - Authorities say a frozen lemonade truck apparently drove over a seawall and got stuck on the rocks in Rhode Island.

Warwick patrolman Brian Murray tells The Providence Journal that witnesses told police the Original New England Frozen Lemonade van backed into a parked motorcycle Friday, drove forward, backed up again and then drove forward onto riprap at Oakland Beach Park.

Murray says the van’s driver, a 68-year-old woman, suffered a head injury. She was hospitalized.

He says the crash was due to an operator error. No charges are expected to be filed.
