Jeremy Renner, Marvel Studios’ famous archer, recently suffered multiple fractures while filming a comedy.

Injuries on the set of the New Line’s “Tag” may hamper “Hawkeye” from slinging arrows on the set of “Avengers: Infinity War.” Reporters attending the Czech Republic’s Karlovy Vary Film Festival were told on Friday that he damaged his right elbow and left wrist during a botched stunt.

“I’m sort of a problem solver, you know?” the actor said, Variety reported. “There will be an effect to it, but it won’t stop me from doing things that I need to be doing. I’ll heal fast. I’m doing everything I can to heal faster.”

The actor said he can “get by” with the injuries, although he has a tough time getting dressed and cannot tie his shoes.

Mr. Renner previously shared images of his injuries on Instagram without going into details.

“No, this was NOT a proposal #fixedup #ouch,” he wrote June 22 with a picture of a woman attending to his arm.

The actor is scheduled to receive Karlovy Vary’s presidential award Saturday night, the entertainment website THR reported Friday.
