BALTIMORE (AP) - Police in Baltimore say they’ve arrested a teenager in connection with the stabbing of another teen on the Fourth of July.
Police say 18-year-old Matai Lyons has been arrested and faces attempted first-degree murder and other charges.
Police previously said in a statement that the stabbing victim was found Tuesday night. Media outlets reported that it happened soon after the city’s Fourth of July fireworks celebration at the Inner Harbor wrapped up.
Police say Lyons is believed to have stabbed the victim during an altercation.
