ARDMORE, Pa. (AP) - Authorities are seeking a man in a shooting death in suburban Philadelphia that investigators believe may have been a random attack - and the same person may have fired shots in Philadelphia less than an hour earlier.

The Philadelphia Inquirer (https://bit.ly/2v9Dxbz ) reports that 29-year-old John Le of Narberth was killed shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday outside an Ardmore apartment building.

Haverford Township police released a surveillance photo which brought in a tip that the same man was seen firing shots in the Overbrook Park section of Philadelphia about 45 minutes before the Ardmore shooting.

Lt. John Walker of the Philadelphia police southwest detectives division said the shooter fired 17 times at a group of people, hitting a car. Police don’t believe he knew the people he was shooting at.
