PITTSBURGH (AP) - A Pennsylvania man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after his conviction in a federal molestation case.
Fifty-five-year-old James Leroy, a businessman from Renfrew, was sentenced to 30 years in prison Tuesday in Pittsburgh. Acting U.S. Attorney Soo Song says Leroy will also have to pay over $150,000 in fines and restitution.
Prosecutors say Leroy sexually exploited the teen boys between 2009 and 2016 on trips to Florida and Michigan, which is what made the incidents federal crimes. He is also still facing charges in Butler County for allegedly molesting the boys and others at his home.
Prosecutors say the victims had worked at Leroy’s tire and auto repair shop in Butler, about 30 miles (48.3 kilometers) north of Pittsburgh.
