BALL GROUND, Ga. (AP) - An off-duty Cherokee County sheriff’s deputy has been arrested on a DUI charge.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports 42-year-old Johnathan Nuzzo was arrested by Ball Ground police Friday.
Sheriff’s Sgt. Marianne Kelley, in a statement, said Nuzzo has since been released from the Cherokee County jail on $1,318 bond. She says he’s been placed on administrative leave during an internal investigation.
