HAMPTON, Va. (AP) - Due to a winter storm several schools in Virginia will be closed on Monday.
The Virginian-Pilot reports (https://bit.ly/2ise6rT ) that public schools in Chesapeake, Hampton, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Virginia Beach will be closed Monday. Isle of Wight County, Newport News, York County, public schools will be closed Monday and Tuesday.
Christopher Newport University, Old Dominion University and Regent University will also be closed on Monday. Additionally, city courts in Norfolk, Chesapeake and Portsmouth will be closed Monday.
WTOP-FM reports that in Maryland, Dorchester County and Talbot County public schools will be closed Monday. Queen Anne’s County schools will also be closed.
