KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) - A small plane has crashed at Cobb International Airport-McCollum Field.
Cobb County Police spokesman Sgt. Dana Pierce tells the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (https://on-ajc.com/2hXUduV ) that it happened shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday.
Pierce says the pilot suffered minor injuries.
WSB-TV reports (https://2wsb.tv/2hXOzsJ ) the plane could be seen in the woods off to the side of the runway.
