EUGENE, Ore. (AP) - An executive of a Eugene software design firm is accusing his employer of failing to pay back a $450,000 loan.

The Register-Guard reports (https://is.gd/K6EC9x ) that David Tam, of Eugene, last week filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Green Energy Corp. and GEC Investco LLC. GEC Investco shares a Eugene address with Green Energy founder and CEO Peter Gregory.

Tam, senior vice President for business development at Green Energy, claims he gave a $457,229 loan to Green Energy and GEC in November 2014. A contract signed by Gregory and Tam says Tam would be paid in full plus interest in one year.

The lawsuit claims that Tam has not yet been paid and is owed $549,208.

Neither Gregory not Tam returned requests for comment.
