Death of toddler investigated as opioid overdose death

MILWAUKEE (AP) - The death of a toddler in Milwaukee is being investigated as a possible opioid overdose death.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office says the two-year-old boy died on Thursday. An autopsy is scheduled for Friday.

Last year, an unprecedented four toddlers died of drug overdoses in Milwaukee County.
