SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - The Latest on anti-Trump protests in California (all times local):

Anti-Trump protesters in San Francisco impacted some of the city’s best-known sites, including the Golden Gate Bridge where thousands formed a human chain and chanted “Love Trumps hate.”
Protesters at the Golden Gate Bridge wore purple ponchos which organizers said was a color symbolizing anti-bullying.
Organizer Lisa Sato said Friday’s event attracted about 3,600 people and spanned the length of the bridge. Protesters filled the bridge’s pedestrian walkway and waved to cars driving past, many of which responded by honking.
In the city’s financial district, a few hundred protesters blocked traffic outside an office building partly owned by Trump on California Street. Some carried Trump pinatas and rainbow and Mexican flags.
The protest disrupted traffic on one of the main lines of the San Francisco cable car, which runs along California Street. By midday, traffic resumed.
Both rallies were peaceful and the mood was festive, despite protesters’ objection to the man who took office.

San Francisco police have arrested at least 11 people at various protests against President Donald Trump.
Details of the Friday morning arrests have not been released.
Police spokeswoman Giselle Talkoff says the number is approximate and could change as the day goes on.
Anti-Trump groups have staged scattered protests in San Francisco’s financial district, saying they want to draw attention to the new president’s ties to big business.
Organizers say the protesters include people of color, immigrants, the disabled and LGBTQ communities and other groups concerned by the new president’s policies.
Several dozen people blocked the former Bank of America headquarters in San Francisco, a skyscraper that Trump partly owns.

Anti-Trump groups have staged scattered protests in San Francisco’s financial district, saying they want to draw attention to the new president’s ties to big business.
Organizers say the protesters include people of color, immigrants, the disabled and LGBTQ communities and other groups concerned by the new president’s policies.
Several dozen people blocked the former Bank of America headquarters in San Francisco, a skyscraper at 555 California Street, which Trump partly owns.
They held banners that said, “Resist Trump” and chanted: “No Trump. No wall. This whole damn system’s got to fall.”
Demonstrators say several companies with office space in the building supported Trump’s campaign and stood to benefit from his presidency, including Goldman Sachs, McKinsey and Company and Wells Fargo Advisors.
Another group chained themselves to the nearby Wells Fargo headquarters.
It was one of several anti-Trump protests planned Friday and Saturday.

Protests against the inauguration of President Donald Trump are underway in California.
Demonstrators gathered in the rain Friday at San Francisco’s Civic Center Plaza and across the bay in Oakland at the Ronald Dellums Federal Building.
Protesters have also sought to blockade the San Francisco headquarters of Uber, whose CEO Travis Kalanick has a role on Trump’s Strategic and Policy Forum.
Demonstrators locking arms have blocked Caltrain tracks in San Francisco and riders are advised to expect delays.
