The University of Texas at Austin will host a “Twerk the Inauguration” event Friday as a response to Donald Trump assuming the presidency, Campus Reform reported Wednesday.

Exotic dancer Shakia Williams of the local Her Sins Burlesque and Cabaret will be the featured performer/instructor, teaching participants how to “twerk for black and brown, cis and trans women’s empowerment!” Campus Reform noted.

“We invite you to connect with your body and your community as we move together like nasty women; claim our bodies as our own, ungrabbable assets; and share strategies for self-care and community-building,” reads the event’s official Facebook page, which offers participants the opportunity to choose among three 75-minute twerking sessions.

Although Austin is a famously liberal city that prides itself on eccentricity — “Keep Austin Weird” is the slogan of a local independent-business association —  so far only five guests have RSVP’d on the event’s Facebook page.
