SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Hundreds of people chanting “This is what democracy looks like” march through Salt Lake City to protest President Donald Trump.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/2kFqWIG) that the crowd marched from a federal building to the city hall building in Salt Lake City to push back against Trump and his administration’s stance on such issues as the environment, immigration and Russia.

Some people held signs that said “Not My President,” while others raised a large American flag.

Protestor Reg Brookings warned the crowd that Trump is trying to divide the country by making such groups as immigrants the enemy.

The Utah rally is one of several “Not My President’s Day” protests planned across the country to mark the President’s Day holiday. Protesters are criticizing Trump’s immigration policies, among other things.
