JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - A federal judge has sentenced a Meridian woman to two years in prison for stealing funds from her employer.

U.S. Attorney Gregory K. Davis and FBI Special Agent in Charge Christopher Freeze, in a news release Thursday, said 51-year-old Theresa Wash was sentenced Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Carlton Reeves for exceeding authorized access. Reeves also sentenced her to three years of supervised release and ordered her to pay $797,287 in restitution in addition to forfeiting a house which has yet to be appraised.
