SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - The owner of two southern Utah massage parlors has been accused of sex crimes in connection to behavior with employees.
The Deseret News reports (https://bit.ly/2kzWvC2 ) that the 46-year-old Washington City man is accused of trying to initiate sexual encounters with employees before and after he purchased two massage parlors.
One of the suspect’s employees reported that he initiated two unwanted sexual encounters with her, first asking her for a sexual act as a customer, then telling her he’d teach her how to perform a sex act as her boss.
The charges come after a prostitution sting at five massage therapy parlors in Washington County resulted in the arrest of employees at five businesses. Three women were charged with prostitution-related offenses for allegedly negotiating sexual favors for money with undercover police officers.
