EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Washington Redskins linebacker Ryan Kerrigan will be active Sunday against the New York Giants.
Kerrigan was listed as questionable Friday with a calf injury, which caused him to miss Thursday’s practice. Kerrigan has never missed a game in his seven-year career.
Kerrigan has 11 sacks this season.
The Redskins will be without the following players against the Giants:
- Linebacker Zach Brown (Achilles/knee/illness)
- Linebacker Ryan Anderson (knee)
- Wide receiver Robert Davis (concussion)
- Defensive lineman Ziggy Hood (elbow)
- Safety DeAngelo Hall
- Guard Kyle Kalis
- Center Demetrius Rhaney
For the second week in a row, Hall is inactive. The 34-year-old, who has been benched since the Redskins’ loss in New Orleans, was a healthy scratch against the Denver Broncos. Redskins coach Jay Gruden said he preferred to use safety Fish Smithson because of his ability to play special teams.
