Police in Las Vegas say they’ve arrested the roommate of three people who were shot to death in a home on murder charges.

The shootings Friday afternoon left two men and a woman dead in a southeast Las Vegas home officers called a “problem house.”

Police announced the arrest Saturday, saying 47 year old Christine Sanchez had been in an ongoing dispute with the roommates and shot them when the dispute erupted again when they returned home.

Lt. Dan McGrath of the Las Vegas Metro Police Department said officers have been called to the home at least a dozen times this year on disturbances and property crimes. McGrath said everyone on the street is aware that there are ongoing problems at the home.

The names of the dead haven’t been released.
