SEATTLE (AP) - A Seattle man who was arrested earlier this year along with his two elderly brothers was sentenced to nine months in jail on child pornography charges.

The Seattle Times reports 79-year-old Edwin Emery was sentenced Friday after he pleaded guilty last month to two counts of possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexual conduct.

King County prosecutors say Emery and his two older brothers were in possession of numerous sexual photos and videos involving children. Authorities searched their Seattle home after a relative found some of the images in August.

Charges against the 82-year-old brother were dropped last month after a judge found he did not have the capacity to understand the court proceedings.

The 80-year-old brother is scheduled to appear in court next month.
