CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the death of a Cheyenne man whose body was found in a reservoir on Sunday.

The body of 19-year-old Justin Robinson was found in the water after a burned sport utility vehicle was discovered nearby. He had been shot in the head.

A spokeswoman for the Laramie County Sheriff’s Department, Capt. Linda Gesell, says the teen was arrested Thursday on suspicion of being an accessory before the act of arson and an accessory after the fact of first-degree murder. Based on interviews with the teen, the sheriff’s department is also looking for a 21-year-old man.

Gesell says deputies believe Robinson and the 21-year-old were acquaintances and that there may have been foul play related to drugs.
