SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Police in San Francisco say two people have been arrested in last month’s killing of a 71-year-old man in Twin Peaks viewpoint, one of the city’s most popular tourist spots.

The San Francisco Police Department said Monday that 20-year-old Fantasy Decuir and 19-year-old Lamonte Mims were charged last week in the killing of San Francisco photographer Edward French.

Police say French was approached by a young man and a woman before he was shot and his camera was stolen. French was a San Francisco-based photographer and worked as a location scout for films and other productions.

The department says investigators first identified Decuir, of San Francisco, and Mims, of Patterson, in a Jul 28 armed robbery at St. Mary’s Cathedral Square. They later linked the couple to French’s July 16 Two suspects arrested in connection to Twin Peaks killing in Julykilling.
