CALDWELL, Idaho (AP) - Authorities in southwestern Idaho have arrested five men on suspicion of soliciting a prostitute.

The Caldwell Police Department tells the Idaho Press-Tribune (https://bit.ly/2vsxQ8y) the arrests on Thursday are part of a sting operation.

Police say they arrested 39-year-old Samuel John McCartney, 35-year-old John Randall Brinkley, 19-year-old James Dakota Sellards, 30-year-old Gerald Francis Dionne and 74-year-old John Mathias Palm.

Police say the crackdown specifically targeted individuals soliciting a prostitute.
