CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man is facing attempted first degree murder and other charges after police say he tried to run over and kill two employees of a gas station that didn’t hire him for a job.
Forty-one-year-old William Soler was in court Friday, a day after the incident at a Concord gas station.
WMUR-TV (https://bit.ly/2gfJYUt ) reports Soler went to the station to speak with a manager about a job application, but was told the job had been filled.
Soler later drove his car at two employees. No one was hurt.
Court documents say Soler then drove to the police department where he told an officer, “I am here because I just tried to murder someone.”
Soler is being held on $100,000 bail. It’s unclear if he has an attorney.
