LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A grand jury has indicted a Louisville man for murder in a shooting that happened outside a Louisville convenience store.

The Courier-Journal reports (https://cjky.it/2p8tHA1) 24-year-old Charlie Shoulders is accused of shooting 26-year-old Lee McGee on March 28. He’s also charged with first-degree assault of another man on the same day.

A warrant has been issued for Shoulders’ arrest.

Louisville Metro Police spokesman Dwight Mitchell previously said McGee was found at 1:30 a.m. in the parking lot of Dino’s Food Mart. He was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Shoulders is scheduled to be arraigned April 10. It’s unclear if he has an attorney.
