CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) - The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating after a small plane lost control and flipped over while departing the Cedar City Regional Airport.

Officials say one person was on board the Funk B-85 on Wednesday when it crashed.

FAA spokesman Allen Kenitzer says the plane was substantially damaged but the pilot walked away from the crash and refused medical treatment.
