MCKEES ROCKS, Pa. (AP) - Authorities in western Pennsylvania say an employee of a Pepsi plant near Pittsburgh is facing charges following a shooting in the plant that authorities allege stemmed from a video posted on social media.

Twenty-nine-year-old Michael Harris of McKees Rocks is charged in Allegheny County with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person in the shooting just after 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Stowe Township plant.

Officials said in a criminal complaint that the other person had demanded that Harris take down a video he had posted online, and following a physical confrontation Harris got a gun from his car and shot the victim.

Court documents don’t list an attorney who could respond to the charges and a listed number for Harris couldn’t be found Tuesday.
