Police: Shooting in North Stonington treated as a homicide

NORTH STONINGTON, Conn. (AP) - State police have identified the victim of a shooting in North Stonington.

Thirty-one-year-old Ralph Sebastian Sidberry was shot Wednesday afternoon. No details were released but the case is being treated as a homicide.

State police said they were talking to a “person of interest” in connection with the shooting and there was no threat to the community.
