TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities are trying to determine the cause of a small fire at Old Tucson Studios.

Drexel Heights Fire District officials say the blaze Tuesday afternoon was contained to an observation deck near the parking lot area.

Old Tucson Studios had a water tender and personnel on site that had most of the fire extinguished quickly.

Drexel Height’s fire engine arrived on scene and helped extinguish the rest of the blaze.

Authorities say the fire didn’t spread beyond the 10-by-10-foot observation deck.

Old Tucson is a movie studio and theme park just west of Tucson.

It was built in 1939 for the movie “Arizona” and has been used for the filming of several movies and television westerns like “Gunfight at the O.K. Corral,” ’’El Dorado” and “Little House on the Prairie.”
