A West Village carriage house where Taylor Swift once laid her head is now on the market for a cool $24.5 million, the New York Post reported Tuesday.

The luxurious 5-bedroom townhouse also features “a fireplace, an indoor pool, an art gallery, and an outdoor patio off the master suite,” according to Page Six. “The recently renovated property is listed through NYC real estate giant The Corcoran Group.”

“A rooftop terrace with spectacular City view open to the sky is the piece de resistance to a best in class living experience with an outdoor kitchen, built-in BBQ and Jacuzzi,” says The Corcoran Group on its website, noting that it’s conveniently ’located near to the Washington Square Park, as well as some of the City’s best restaurants, shopping and transportation.”

Ms. Swift rented the 5,500-square-foot Manhattan townhouse last year for about $40,000 a month, Page Six noted. Business Insider reported in August that the temporary rental was due to her renovating her $20-million two-floor penthouse apartment she owns in the nearby Tribeca neighborhood.

The country singer-turned-pop musician also owns a seaside mansion in Rhode Island, a Cape Cod in Beverly Hills and a penthouse apartment in Nashville, Tennessee. The latter apparently serves as her primary residence: Ms. Swift was called to jury duty in the Volunteer State in August, but was dismissed without being seated on a trial panel.
