Vice President Joseph R. Biden is helping out Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail, and that led him to Drexel University, which is right in the heart of Philadelphia Eagles country.

That let Biden to finally confess his jealousy over a certain quarterback, because his wife appears to drive him nuts about it.

“I’m getting so damn angry, she’s getting so excited about [Carson] Wentz,” Biden said to CBS Philly. “I can’t stand it.”

Biden’s wife, Dr. Jill Biden, was born in Hammonton, New Jersey, and grew up as a Philadelphia sports fan, and she has every reason and right to get excited about the rookie quarterback.

Wentz has kicked off the Eagles’ season with a 3-0 record, throwing for 769 yards and five touchdowns along the way. Wentz also became the second rookie quarterback in history to start and win his first three games of the season (Mark Sanchez did so with the New York Jets as well) and the first quarterback in history to not throw an interception in his first 100 pass attempts.
