SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Thieves who weren’t able to kick in the door of a North Spokane pot shop rammed the building with a car, making off with $500 worth of bongs.

The Spokesman-Review reports (https://goo.gl/Ht9BL1 ) the incident happened Tuesday morning, closing The Green Nugget for a day.

Shop owner Scott O’neil says the thieves didn’t get any marijuana because it’s locked in a safe.

Security cameras show two men jump out of a BMW. Footage shows when they couldn’t kick in the door, the driver of the car backed into the wall.

O’neil says a neighbor called police. In 18 months, O’neil says the store has been robbed several times, which he describes as an industry-wide problem.

He estimates it’ll cost from $10,000 to $15,000 to fix the wall.

No arrests have been made.
