CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - An 18-year-old is charged with involuntary manslaughter in a fatal shooting.

The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports (https://bit.ly/2cvf5bY) a hearing set for Sept. 30 is intended to determine if probable cause exists for a trial in the death of 19-year-old Mark Dreiman.

Police took 18-year-old Austin L. Daniel into custody Wednesday on an unrelated warrant.

Charging documents were filed Thursday.

A judge set a $25,000 cash bond at the request of Laramie County assistant district attorney Benjamin Sherman.

The prosecutor said Daniel was a flight risk.

Defense attorney Joe Bustos argued for a lower bond.

He said Daniel probably was just scared when he left the scene of the shooting and that the facts of the case may point to an accident.
