ATLANTA (AP) - Prosecutors say three former executives of a janitorial service company have been convicted of conspiring to bribe a former DeKalb County and Georgia World Congress Center employee.

U.S. Attorney John Horn tells the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (https://on-ajc.com/2deTkhd ) that the executives of Alabama-based Rite Way Services were found guilty of arranging to make payments to Patrick Jackson. He is accused of using his position to help funnel millions of dollars in contracts to the company.

The federal jury convicted 64-year-old former Rite Way CEO Anthony Lepore, 66-year-old former regional vice president John Rife and 49-year-old former division manager Brian Domalik. Each were found guilty Thursday.

Prosecutors say the bribes were more than $100,000 for Jackson’s rent, utilities and garage lease for a luxury apartment.

Jackson was sentenced to more than four years in prison in 2015.
