Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said on Monday that he plans to release results from a recent physical examination when the official numbers come in and that he hopes his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton recovers quickly from her bout with pneumonia.
“I hope she gets well soon. I don’t know what’s going on,” Mr. Trump said on “Fox and Friends.” “Like you, I see what I see.”
“The coughing fit was a week ago, so I assume that was pneumonia, also,” he said, referring to a recent episode on the campaign trail for Mrs. Clinton. “I would think it would have been, so something’s going on.”
“But I just hope she gets well, and gets back on the trail, and we’ll be seeing her at the debate,” Mr. Trump, 70, said of Mrs. Clinton, who turns 69 next month.
Mr. Trump said he thinks health is an issue and said he had a physical examination in the last week.
“I’ll be releasing when the numbers come in. Hopefully, they’re going to be good. I think they’re going to be good. I feel great,” he said. “But when the numbers come in, I’ll be releasing … very, very specific numbers.”

“The report should be finished this week,” he said.
More questions about Mrs. Clinton’s health arose Sunday after she left a 9/11 memorial ceremony early and a video of her appearing to stumble toward a vehicle surfaced. Her team later revealed that she had been diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday, and her doctor said she had become “overheated” at the event.
Mrs. Clinton now does not plan on traveling to the west coast for a fundraising trip that had been scheduled for Monday and Tuesday.
