WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - A Red Lion woman has pleaded guilty to killing her husband in their home last year.

The News-Journal of Wilmington reports (https://delonline.us/2cT3wqx) 36-year-old Temitope Adebamiro (tay-MI-toh-PEH ahd-ee-bah-MEER-oh) entered the plea Sept. 16 in Wilmington to manslaughter and a weapons offense in the death of 37-year-old Adeyinka Adebamiro.

Police said they found Adeyinka Adebamiro stabbed to death in the couple’s home in April 2015. According to investigators, an argument between the couple escalated to a fight during which Adeyinka Adebamiro was stabbed.

Temitope Adebamiro faces four to 50 years in prison when sentenced in December.
