HEMET, Calif. (AP) - Riverside County authorities say two juveniles have been arrested on suspicion of arson after a brush fire threatened two mobile home parks in Hemet.

The Riverside Press-Enterprise reports Wednesday (https://bit.ly/2cSFrop ) that the arrests came after Hemet police received information that the blaze was intentionally started.

The suspects weren’t named because of their ages. They’ve been released to their parents pending arson charges.

The blaze Sept. 30 consumed about five acres of dry brush and burned along the edges of the California Mobile Home Park and Hemet Mobile Home Park.

No injuries were reported.
