MENIFEE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police say a 33-year-old man has died after he was struck by a tractor-trailer on Interstate 40 in west-central Arkansas.

State police say the collision happened early Sunday on I-40 near the 116 mile marker in Conway County. According to a preliminary report, Brian Flud of London, Arkansas, was standing on the center dotted lines of the interstate when he was struck, then run over by the truck.

State police say the truck’s driver pulled over immediately after the wreck and was not injured.
