GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump is rethinking his charge that the political system is “rigged” against him, following the FBI’s announcement that it has renewed its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails.

“It might not be as rigged as I thought,” Mr. Trump said Friday at a campaign rally in New Hampshire. “The FBI, I think they are going to right the ship, folks. I think they are going to right the ship, and they are going to save their reputation by doing so.”

FBI Director James B. Comey notified Congress in a letter Friday that emails have emerged that “appear to be pertinent to the investigation” into Mrs. Clinton’s use of a private server as secretary of state.

The announcement comes 11 days out from the election.
