BALTIMORE (AP) - Two people have been shot at the same gas station near Morgan State University in the span of three days.

The Baltimore Sun (https://bsun.md/2eZTLNu ) reports that an unidentified 19-year-old was shot in the shoulder Sunday afternoon. A 20-year-old man was shot at the same gas station Friday morning when a gunman opened fire into a group. It is unclear what prompted the shootings.

Morgan State officials urged students in an email Monday not to use the BP gas station where both shootings took place until more security is added there.

The gas station is next to Northwood Plaza, a strip mall that has been targeted for redevelopment.

The newspaper’s attempts to reach anyone at the gas station for comment were unsuccessful.
