SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Authorities say a woman’s body was found floating in the Spokane River.
The Spokesman-Review reports (https://goo.gl/2k4IwK ) a homeowner along the river near the Peaceful Valley neighborhood spotted the body Friday and called police.
The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office and Spokane Police Department recovered the body and are investigating.
No further information was immediately available.
