CARROLLTON, Ga. (AP) - Police say a small plane with only the pilot aboard landed in the grass median of Georgia Highway 27 in Carroll County.

Carrollton police spokesman Capt. Chris Dobbs tells The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (https://on-ajc.com/2eVudQK) the plane ran out of gas Thursday morning while going to the Carrollton airport.

Dobbs said there were no injuries.
