The Clinton campaign apparently thinks Miley Cyrus is just the wrecking ball they need to help demolish Donald Trump among college-aged voters in northern Virginia.

“The Voice” coach will help Democrats in their get-out-the-vote effort at George Mason University on Saturday, Oct. 22, WUSA-9 in Washington, D.C. reported Thursday.

In addition to taking a rally stage with both Mrs. Clinton and running mate Tim Kaine, Ms. Cyrus is expected to do some door-knocking, reported WUSA.

“As an advocate for LGBTQ rights, gender equality and environmental issues, Cyrus will knock doors to speak to students about the high stakes in this election for millennial voters, laying out Clinton’s vision for an America that is stronger together,” the Clinton campaign said in a news release, noted InsideNova.com.

Ms. Cyrus came out of the closet last year as gender neutral and “pansexual.”

Mrs. Clinton has the edge in the polls, with the RealClearPolitics polling average showing her enjoying a 10.8-point lead over Mr. Trump.
