WEARE, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man has been accused of using a computer to lure an underage girl and her mother through a Craigslist ad to have sex.

WMUR-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2e6rLFH) police say an undercover federal agent answered the ad, responding as a 35-year-old mother with a 14-year-old daughter. The response said it would cost $300 to get together.

Prosecutors said emails were exchanged. They said 38-year-old Donald Malette, of Weare, was arrested after they learned he was planning to move out of state.

Malette’s lawyer said Wednesday his client wasn’t a flight risk.

Malette also was charged with falsifying physical evidence. His bail was set at $50,000 and he’s scheduled to return to court Oct. 27.
