PORTLAND, Maine (AP) - Maine Sen. Susan Collins said she will not be casting a vote for either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump in this year’s presidential election.

The Portland Press Herald reports (https://bit.ly/2edELWW ) the moderate Republican senator made her remarks Thursday during the John F. Kennedy forum held by Harvard University’s Institute of Politics.

Collins said she was troubled by the controversy surrounding Clinton’s use of a private email server for handling classified information, but assured the audience that she could work with the former secretary of state if she’s ultimately elected president.

In speaking about Trump, Collins was less supportive.

Collins said the businessman does not reflect the values historically held by Republicans nor “the inclusive approach to governing that is critical to healing the divisions in our country.”
