WARRENTON, Ore. (AP) - The Oregon Department of Justice has launched an investigation into the conduct of Warrenton police officers.

The Daily Astorian reports (https://bit.ly/2dPWJB3 ) that details of the state probe have not been released, but Warrenton police Chief Mathew Workman confirmed two officers are being investigated. He says three officers are on administrative leave, including one who was on leave prior to the investigation.

Workman says the department is cooperating fully with investigators.

The city police department only has 11 sworn officers and three reserve officers.
