Donald Trump is going after Hillary Clinton’s health in a new television ad, warning that the former secretary of state does not have the stamina to lead the nation on the world stage.

“Hillary Clinton failed every single time as secretary of state,” the narrator in the ad says. “Now she wants to be president. Hillary Clinton doesn’t have the fortitude, strength or stamina to lead in our world.”

The ad flashes footage of Mrs. Clinton having a coughing fit and collapsing on her way out of a Sept. 11 commemoration ceremony in New York — an episode that her campaign later blamed on a pneumonia diagnosis.

The narrator in the television spot says the next president faces major challenges in the world, including from Iran, North Korea and the Islamic State.

“She failed as secretary of state, don’t let her fail us again,” the narrator says.
