PHOENIX (AP) - Dozens of Phoenix high school students are walking out of class to protest the election of Republican Presidential-elect Donald Trump.

ABC15.com (https://bit.ly/2fD13FY) showed overhead images Wednesday afternoon of students streaming onto the sidewalk from Carl Hayden High School.

The students walked down the block to the campus of another school, with one holding the Mexican flag.

Nearly two dozen others were seen standing and cheering in the back of a moving pickup truck.

The majority of them then scattered into the surrounding neighborhood.

At least two police cars were parked along the street and monitoring the scene.

Students also walked out of two Phoenix high schools Tuesday to demonstrate against Trump and Republican Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who lost his re-election bid.
