Hillary Clinton leads Donald Trump by 3 points, according to the final Bloomberg Politics national poll ahead of Tuesday’s election.

Mrs. Clinton led Mr. Trump by 3 points, 44 percent to 41 percent, with Libertarian Gary Johnson at 4 percent and Green Party candidate Jill Stein at 2 percent.

Head-to-head, Mrs. Clinton also led Mr. Trump by 3 points, 46 percent to 43 percent.

Among those who said they voted early, Mrs. Clinton leads Mr. Trump by 8 points, 46 percent to 38 percent.

The survey was conducted Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, before FBI Director James B. Comey announced on Sunday that the bureau would not be changing its conclusions over the summer that Mrs. Clinton acted carelessly with her private email set-up but should not face criminal charges.

A separate CBS News poll out Monday gave Mrs. Clinton a 4-point lead over Mr. Trump in both a four-way and a two-way match-up.

And Mrs. Clinton had a 6-point lead over Mr. Trump in the final NBC News/SurveyMonkey online tracking poll out Monday.

Mr. Trump, meanwhile, did lead by about 5 points in the latest USC Dornsife/Los Angeles Times tracking poll and by 2 points in the latest Investor’s Business Daily/TechnoMetrica Market Intelligence poll.

All told, Mrs. Clinton is ahead by a few points in the latest Real Clear Politics average, but polls show a close race in many of the key battleground states heading into Tuesday.
