PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Livingstone Harriott rushed for 92 yards and a score and Brown forced three turnovers in a 27-22 victory over Yale on Saturday.

On Brown’s third offensive play, Harriott broke loose for a 52-yard touchdown to give Brown a 7-0 lead. The Bears closed the first half with a 15-play, 94-yard drive to take a 17-5 lead on Johnny Pena’s 2-yard touchdown.

Yale scored on a 3-yard touchdown run with 1:42 remaining in the fourth quarter but Brown recovered the onside kick. The Bears were stopped on third down and punted, but Yale misplayed it and Brown recovered to ice it.

Pena added 56 yards on the ground for Brown (3-5, 2-3 Ivy League), which snapped a three-game losing streak in the 121st meeting of the series. Thomas Linta was 19 of 33 for 194 yards and one touchdown and one interception.

Kurt Rawlings went 20 of 46 for 252 yards and two interceptions for Yale (2-6, 2-3).
